Qualifikationen

• Two-shift operation availability.
• Very good written and spoken German; basic English for international collaboration.
• Completed technical vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable.
• Several years in industrial production, preferably CNC milling.
• Experience coordinating production teams or in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes in CNC milling.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and relevant KPIs.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365, and good MS Office skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with problem-solving and decisive abilities.

Aufgaben

• Act as deputy for the Team Leader during absences and ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities within the milling area.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, on-time delivery, and safety.
• Plan and manage workforce deployment based on capacity and qualifications.
• Provide leadership, support, and development to employees within the area of responsibility.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, safety regulations, and 5S guidelines.
• Analyze production KPIs and initiate and follow up on improvements.
• Support introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Engineering, QA, Maintenance, and other functions.
• Manage escalations related to production deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
