Job summary

Board International SA, based in Chiasso, Switzerland, is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist for its R&D Department. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, availability, and security of the Board platform in Azure Cloud, with exposure to global customers and an on‑call shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable.
• Fluency in English.

• Provide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors.

We are currently looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our R&D Department in our Chiasso HQ. Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform. Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands‑on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.

This role requires participation in a rotating shift and on‑call schedule: one week every six weeks on the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET), and one week every twelve weeks on call (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET).

Annual gross salary:

• CHF 53,000plus applicable shift/on‑call allowances in line with company policy.
