Zusammenfassung

Board International SA in Chiasso is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our R&D team. You will work with senior cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform, gaining hands-on Azure Cloud experience in a truly international environment.

The role reports to the Cloud Operation Lead and includes participating in a rotating evening shift and on-call schedule. You will collaborate across teams to deliver excellence to customers worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with any cloud provider is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Teamworking attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Learn Board platform features and deployment in Azure Cloud.
• Coordinate troubleshooting to identify and resolve cloud issues.
• Oversee support requests from worldwide customers.
• Ensure timely feedback and follow-ups to deliver services.
• Assist teammates to troubleshoot and fix errors.
