Hobson Prior is seeking a Cloud Migration & Integration Manager to support the integration of digital biomarker studies into a scalable cloud system. This role focuses on managing the migration of data collected from digital tools like wearables and smartphones, which are transforming healthcare by enabling personalized medicine and accelerating clinical development. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of digital biomarker studies into a cloud-based system.
• Plan and organize migration tasks in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and address risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of migration activities according to the project plan.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and clinical teams to integrate data systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations for sensitive patient data.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Provide updates and support to the Migration Lead.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience managing complex IT projects in regulated environments, ideally in life sciences or healthcare.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and change management practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), wearable devices, or clinical research technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
