Qualifikationen

  • Medizinische Ausbildung erforderlich (z.B. OP-Pflegekraft).
  • Erfahrungen in orthopädischen OPs von Vorteil.
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Krankenhausmarkt vorteilhaft.

As a Clinical Specialist Orthopaedics 100% (f/m/x) in our Sales Organization Switzerland for the region from Bern to Geneva, you are an important link between our customers and our sales team. Since you are directly on-site with the customer and feel the pulse in the operating room, your coordination skills are required daily. Your proactive market approach helps us consistently provide excellent advice and service to our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support of existing customers (doctors, OR staff) and ensuring a high level of service

Intraoperative support for our products

Expansion of the portfolio among existing customers

Efficient and economical use of resources and regular optimization of consignment stock in the sales area

Conducting product training and workshops with users

Acting as the interface between customer and company regarding logistics and complaint management

Supporting the Account Manager in planning and prioritizing sales activities

Supporting evidence- and value-based sales of our products

Close cooperation with Customer Service, supply chain and Marketing

What makes you successful?

Medical training, e.g. surgical technician HF, OR nurse, health and nursing professional

Solid practical experience in orthopedic operating rooms

Sales experience with medical devices in the Swiss hospital market is an advantage

An existing network with hospitals and clinics in the region is a big plus

Results-oriented approach as well as strong service and customer orientation

Strong presentation and communication skills

Fluency in French and good English skills. German would be an asset.

Valid driving license category B

Willingness to travel within the sales territory (at least 80%)
