Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Basel, Switzerland is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support the operational delivery of clinical trials within the CFSP model. You will work with Clinical Trial Leads and global cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed efficiently, compliantly and inspection-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of PMA experience or similar project management support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and teams.
• Demonstrated IQVIA core competencies (Client Focus, Collaboration, Communication, Innovation, Ownership).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage dashboards; analyze triggers and inform the Project Leader for action.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely milestone updates with the PL.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances including EAC, expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and PO management processes.
• Maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide timely data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization and quality for decision making.
• Develop and maintain sections of Project Management Plans.
• Coordinate resource allocation within the project budget.
• Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes for project teams.
• Organize meetings with internal teams and customers; prepare status reports.
• Support eTMF filing compliance and onboarding of new PM team members.
• Monitor project metrics and update IQVIA systems for senior management reporting.
• Participate in regional PMA community initiatives and personal development.
