ARTIDIS in Basel develops AI-enabled tissue analysis solutions for oncology. The role focuses on building production-grade computer vision systems and robust MLOps pipelines to accelerate drug discovery and personalized therapies.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python ML stacks, OpenCV, and deploying ML models at scale in cloud environments, with experience in medical imaging and model lifecycle management.

Competenze

• Strong Python experience with ML libraries and NumPy/Pandas.
• Experience with OpenCV and CV for medical images.
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments and managing lifecycles.

Mansioni

• Develop and deploy computer vision models for medical image classification and segmentation.
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines and manage model lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Build, automate and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure with monitoring.
