Kaiko is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery across infra, data, ML, and product teams in a healthcare-focused setting. You’ll decompose scope into plans, manage dependencies, timelines, and risk, and keep the team moving toward commitments.

You’ll report to the Staff Technical Program Manager and own project delivery across hospital deployments. You’ll operate from The Netherlands or Switzerland with at least 50% time in the office, joining an international

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in technical project or program management or closely related technical-coordination role with real ownership of delivery.
• Genuinely technically fluent: reason on engineering inputs across backend, infrastructure, data engineering, applied science, UX.
• Highly adaptable and able to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity.
• Able to hold a large interconnected picture and keep it coherent across teams.
• Comfortable reading dashboards and product/delivery metrics and turning them into decisions.

Aufgaben

• Step into projects across very different domains, build context quickly, and establish a clear goal, cadence, and status view.
• Own cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication; map dependencies and provide crisp updates to hospital and clinical-IT stakeholders.
• Set up and mature repeatable operational delivery processes (intake, throughput, quality gates, hand-offs, SLAs).
• Work with data: understand product and delivery metrics and identify improvements with data/BI engineers.
