As a trusted partner to wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs, family offices and foundations, we develop tailored solutions including wealth planning, investment management, lending and deposits. As a Client Service Executive, you will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) to provide high-quality day-to-day service to clients. You will support client transactions, payments, account administration, onboarding and ongoing servicing, while ensuring activities are completed accurately and in line with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. The role combines client service, transaction execution, operational ownership and close collaboration across Wealth Management, contributing to a consistently high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in the day-to-day servicing of clients, responding to general enquiries and helping ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Take and execute client orders, including money market, securities and FX spot transactions, performing required appropriateness or suitability checks where applicable.
  • Process and follow client payment instructions through to completion, including required verification, controls and record keeping.
  • Take ownership of operational client and account issues and coordinate their resolution through to completion.
  • Support the account opening and closure process, ensuring that required documentation is obtained and maintained in line with applicable KYC and AML requirements.
  • Conduct required client due diligence and KYC-related searches in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain client-related documentation, valuations and account and investment information accurately within relevant systems.
  • Coordinate Corporate Actions and follow up on relevant requirements through to completion.
  • Support the administration and periodic rolling of Structured Loans, Lombard Loans and Time Deposits, ensuring relevant client-specific conditions are appropriately documented.
  • Support the management of loan covenants and ensure Relationship Managers and Investment Managers are aware of ongoing client requirements.
  • Support Relationship Managers with client after-sales activities, including follow-up calls, meetings, marketing events and relevant business administration activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the applicable regulatory framework, including confidentiality, data protection and cross-border requirements where relevant.
  • Build effective working relationships across coverage, product and infrastructure teams.
  • Act within professional, legal and ethical standards and applicable compliance requirements, appropriately identifying and escalating potential risks or conflicts.
Skills Must Have:
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in business management, account management, client servicing, relationship management or a comparable client-facing financial services role.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a client-focused environment with high service standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, with a structured, accurate and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong client and solution orientation, with the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of professional integrity and commitment to applicable regulatory, compliance and conduct requirements.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Knowledge of investment products, securities, FX, payments, lending or other relevant Wealth Management products.
  • Experience with client onboarding, KYC, AML or related client due diligence processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant confidentiality, data protection and cross-border requirements.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience identifying or implementing improvements to client service or operational processes.
