Do you want to help immigrant families take the first brave step toward legal protection?

We're a purpose-driven immigration law firm seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to convert leads into clients through phone and video consultations. This is not a passive role — we need someone who shows up with energy, owns their results, and turns conversations into signed retainers.

This is a remote, full-time position for a bilingual Spanish-English professional who is hungry to perform and committed to hitting daily and monthly conversion goals.

Base Pay: $1,000/month USD

Commission: Excellent potential — Top performers earn $2,000–$3,000+/month

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1–5 discovery calls per day with new, warm leads via MS Teams or phone
• Make 25+ follow-up calls per day to prior leads (expired, pending, or not yet retained)
• Re-engage potential clients, build rapport, and guide them toward retaining legal services
• Clearly explain our services and payment options — no legal advice needed
• Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM (Monday.com)
• Submit daily summaries with accurate call counts and results
• Meet monthly goals: 10+ new clients retained and 25+ follow-ups per working day for a fixed base commission for a fixed commission and additional bonuses with 25+ retainers
• Collaborate with intake, ops, and admin teams to improve conversion strategy and pipeline flow

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (Spanish-English) — written and spoken
• 3+ years in sales, client intake, or follow-up-based customer service
• Strong phone presence: you’re confident, clear, empathetic, and kind under pressure
• Track record of meeting performance goals and consistently following through
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Teams; tech-comfortable
• Proactive about hitting your numbers and improving based on feedback
• Quiet, professional home office setup and stable internet connection
• Committed to integrity, responsiveness, and real teamwork
• Huge plus if you’ve worked in a legal intake or immigration services role previously

$12,000 - $35,000
