Job summary

Julius Baer in Zurich is seeking a meticulous professional to ensure accuracy and completeness of account documentation and client data for account openings and lifecycle management.

You will review documents for individuals and entities, verify FATCA/CRS compliance, and coordinate with Tax, Legal and Compliance to streamline processes. The role requires strong organization, discretion, and a client‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and accurate in handling documents.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining focus.

• Excellent attention to data quality and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of CDB20 and FATCA/QI/CRS is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bank customer documentation.
• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Review documents of individuals and entities for completeness and accuracy per CDB20 and directives.
• Review FATCA and CDB formalities for CRS/AEI alignment.
• Control and approve captured customer data and account documents.
• Capture deficiencies and request missing documents from the front.
• Support front regions with questions related to customer documentation and data.
• Cooperate with Tax, Legal, Compliance to streamline processes and procedures.

In this role you will be ensuring accuracy and completeness of account documentation and client data for account opening as well as lifecycle management.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Review documents of individual end legal entities for completeness and accuracy according to CDB 20 and internal directives/guidelines
• Review FATCA and CDB formalities for consistency with CRS/AEI formalities
• Control and approve captured customer data and account documents
• Capture deficiencies detected
• Request missing documents and information to the front
• Support the front regions in questions related to customer documentation and data
• Cooperate with relevant stakeholders (Tax, Legal, Compliance) to continuously streamline and improve processes and procedures
