Are you a passionate relationship manager who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in client advisory and sales? Are you well connected to Asian entrepreneurs and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)? Are you a proven risk manager?

We’re looking for a Wealth Management Client Advisor in Zurich, Switzerland, covering the North Asian Region. Your key responsibilities include:

• Building, establishing, and growing client relationships
• Providing trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams
• Developing a plan to grow the client portfolio with measurable outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on client investor profiles
• Taking a strategic view of clients’ investments and closely monitoring their portfolio quality
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and standards in line with our risk management culture

Your team

You'll be working in a well-established Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth team covering North Asian countries in Zurich, with decades of proven success. We focus on managing, preserving, and growing our clients’ wealth, and helping clients plan for and manage succession. We provide training and continuous education to better serve our clients and promote personal development. As a client advisor, you'll play an essential role in maintaining our position as a global leader in wealth management.

Your expertise

• Proven ability to acquire new clients and a passionate networker within the UHNWI field
• Extensive network with entrepreneurs and High Net Worth individuals in Asia
• Experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally 7+ years in a client-facing role
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to build strong client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilient team player with a service-oriented approach
• Interest in digitization and technology
• Excellent communication skills in English and local Asian languages (Cantonese, Japanese, Mandarin) to support the local client base
