Luxury Italian Brand in the Swiss Alps is seeking a Client Advisor to drive tailored luxury experiences for visitors and locals. You will build lasting client relationships, leverage CRM tools, and provide expert styling advice while maintaining the boutique’s aesthetic.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail and fluency in English; German or French is a strong advantage. Strong teamwork and a high-paced environment are expected to thrive in this boutique setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• German or French proficiency highly advantageous in Gstaad.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Service: Achieve individual and store sales targets through personalized shopping experiences.
• Clienteling (CRM): Build and nurture long-term relationships with guests with follow-ups and after-sales requests.
• Product Expertise: Maintain knowledge of raw materials and seasonal collections to advise on styling and quality.
• Store Operations: Support visual merchandising and participate in inventory management and daily maintenance.
