Zusammenfassung

Roche in Rotkreuz, CH, seeks a Support & Training Specialist CHU to provide 2nd-level technical support across coagulation, hematology and urinalysis in a multi-disciplinary team. Based at the Rotkreuz facility, you will deliver hands-on training, conduct hardware testing, and bridge product care between R&D, Operations and global field teams.

You will maintain core technical competence while supporting cross-portfolio initiatives and supporting global affiliates.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics) or equivalent.
• Practical background in electro-mechanical equipment support, R&D testing, or field service engineering.
• Domain knowledge of IVD systems (Coagulation, Urinalysis, or automated diagnostic analyzers) is advantageous.
• Proactive ownership and the ability to contribute to technical projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with ability to translate complex technical concepts across teams.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous 2nd-Level Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve multi-system field escalations to minimize instrument downtime globally.
• Hands-On Instructional Excellence: Design, review, and deliver job-oriented training courses in Rotkreuz facilities.
• On-Site Hardware Testing: Regular physical testing on lab instruments with local R&D and global teams.
• Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Author and publish technical service documentation for seamless knowledge transfer.
• Cross-Domain Fluidity: Maintain core competence in primary systems while supporting cross-portfolio initiatives.
• Ownership & Collaboration: Contribute to technical projects with reliability and transparent communication.
• On-site presence: Regularly work at Rotkreuz facility to partner with R&D and labs.
• Mobility: Travel may be required per business needs.
