As part of our continued growth and organizational development, supported by a professional, growth-oriented investor, we are driving the execution of several enterprise-wide strategic initiatives – and are seeking a strong leader to help us scale and succeed.
Your role - Execute, Enhance, ScaleAs Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer (CTSO), you will play a central role in leading the execution of our strategic initiatives across the company and in formulating the company strategy. Your mission: to drive the transformation of our organization and culture, enhance governance, and support long-term value creation – with a clear focus on implementation, measurable results, and continuous improvement.
You will report directly to the CEO and be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with business leaders and our investor partners.
Your responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the execution of cross-functional transformation programs in line with strategic priorities
- Build and manage a central Transformation Office (PMO) to ensure initiative alignment, prioritization, resourcing, and progress tracking
- Strengthen governance structures, decision-making processes, and organizational transparency
- Promote a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and agile delivery across all levels
- Own and drive the annual strategy process of the company
- Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and senior leadership in refining and evolving our strategic agenda
- Track and communicate performance based on clearly defined KPIs
What you will bring
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years in a top-tier strategy consultancy ideally focused on transformation, operations, or organizational topics, MBA preferred
- Strong operational leadership experience in an industrial environment – ideally in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or technical services
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation initiatives, preferably in a PE-backed or high-growth context
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a hands-on leadership style
- Higher Degree preferably with technical or engineering degree
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
