Netrics Group is seeking a CTO who shapes technology and engineering strategy for the group. You report to the CEO, lead the executive management team and guide an engineering organisation built on platforms, standards and reusable building blocks.

You will drive the NEP platform vision, establish a common architecture governance, and lead selected strategic customers at CIO/CTO level while shaping integration in M&A contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Translate technological developments into a clear strategy, architecture and concrete investment decisions.
• Experience with platform engineering, cloud, automation, standardisation and modern software delivery.
• Several years of experience in building and leading scalable engineering organisations.
• Passion for developing engineers, architects and future technology leaders.

Aufgaben

• Technology Strategy: Develop group-wide technology strategy and architecture governance.
• NEP: Own vision, roadmap and industrialisation of our common delivery platform.
• Engineering Organisation: Establish a group-wide target operating model for all entities.
• Standardisation & Scaling: Create reusable building blocks, blueprints, self-service and standards.
• Talent & Capabilities: Build engineering talent with People & Culture.
• Service Innovation: Translate tech trends into scalable service offerings (AI, Cloud, Data, Multi-Vendor).
• Customers & Growth: Engage CIO/CTO level customers and assist in strategic pre-sales.
• M&A: Lead technology due diligence and integration planning.
• Industry Strategy: Turn engineering capabilities into concrete offerings for target industries.
