Netrics is seeking a seasoned IT strategy consultant to advise CIOs and IT leaders on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, and operating models. You will lead interim leadership mandates and support sales through proposals, while fostering long-term client relationships.

Fluency in German and strong English, with willingness to travel within Switzerland, are essential to build and sustain partnerships in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of proven professional experience as a CIO or IT manager (at least 4 years).
• Proactive, analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence.
• Very good communication skills, team spirit and service orientation – even in challenging situations.
• Flawless German spoken and written and good English skills; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland, depending on the mandates.

Aufgaben

• Advise and support clients at CxO level on IT strategy, enterprise architecture management, governance, operating models, business-IT alignment, and programme/project management.
• Undertake interim mandates in leadership roles or act as a sparring partner for these roles.
• Independently carry out consulting mandates and assist in lead generation and proposal creation with the sales team.
• Build long-term, trusting customer relationships and maintain them sustainably.
• Identify new business potentials through innovative technologies and concepts, contributing to the development of the consulting team and its services.
