Zusammenfassung

DSwiss AG seeks a seasoned Head of Product for SecureSafe, responsible for product vision, strategy and end-to-end roadmaps, spanning discovery, prioritization, launch and iteration.

This hands-on leader reports to the CEO, partners with the CTO, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver scalable, secure solutions; you will balance customer needs with technical feasibility, ensure privacy-by-design, and build a high-performing product organization across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• A track record of senior product leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with demonstrated ability to turn strategy into products that move the business forward.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying environments, balancing customer needs, market opportunity, feasibility and business priorities.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across the SecureSafe portfolio.
• Translate company strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities.
• Stay close to customers and prospects to understand workflows and evolving needs.
• Lead and develop the Product Management and Product Design teams.
• Collaborate with CTO and Engineering to translate priorities into secure, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on positioning and go-to-market.
