Hoshii in Zürich is hiring a dynamic Head of People to shape our growing startup's people strategy. You will own talent pipelines, employer branding, and cross-functional projects across CS, Sales and Marketing.

You will set up new functions, partner with the CEO on board updates, and maintain a tight view on budgets, invoices, and payroll processes. Fluent German and English are essential for our multilingual operations.

Qualificações

• +3 years at an early-stage startup with developing processes or founder background is ideal.
• Hands-on; you do the work, you don’t merely advise or delegate.
• Fluent in German and English; our users and paperwork are in German while internal operations run in English.
• Extremely organized; nothing is dropped and nothing is asked twice.
• Ability to switch between three functions in a day without compromising quality.
• Exposure to Swiss payroll, finance or legal admin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run a pipeline of candidates for every position from sourcing to offer.
• Lead employer branding and hiring events in Zurich and beyond.
• Execute cross-functional projects across CS, Sales, and Marketing.
• Set up functions we don’t have yet and hand them over when ready.
• Prepare monthly board updates, KPI reporting, and data room materials.
• Oversee budget, burn, runway, invoicing, and collections to keep numbers current.
• Handle contracts, vendors, invoicing, and payroll input.
