Novartis is seeking a Global Head of Customs & Trade Compliance (CTC) for a 6-month contract, located in Basel. You will design core finance and supply chain processes related to CTC, supervise risk management, audit processes, and ensure policy alignment across regional and local teams.

Qualifikationen

• Develop and lead CTC associates in regional and local CoE
• Deep expertise in Customs & Trade Compliance, including import/export regulations, trade controls, sanctions
• Strong understanding of global supply chains and international trade processes
• Experience implementing ERP controls and automation

Aufgaben

• Lead global CTC with cross-divisional engagement to ensure compliant services
• Develop and roll-out Global CTC strategy, policies and standards
• Monitor CTC performance and audit management across regions
• Collaborate with Fundsflow, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing on strategic initiatives
• Define and implement vendor strategy for service providers (customs brokers)
• Ensure governance framework is established and followed across the company
