Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the financial strategy in alignment with company goals, including participation in funding rounds.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and the tracking of key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage accounting operations, payroll, and other administrative tasks while continuously improving financial and controlling processes.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity at all times, including analytical accounting to maintain the profitability of the business.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely annual financial statements, and compliance with Swiss tax and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax and legal advisors, and regulators to ensure compliance and strong external partnerships.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders.
What you bring :
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., HEG, HEC, Swiss federal diploma).
- Several years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-growing company, a SME or a fiduciary.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Excellent communication skills.
