Are you a seasoned finance leader in the healthcare sector? We are building a network of dynamic CFOs to take on impactful leadership roles within private equity-backed portfolio companies across DACH, particularly Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a best-in-class finance function, driving operational excellence
• Partner with the management team to shape and execute business strategy
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop financial models and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Provide accurate financial reporting and insights to guide strategic and operational performance
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sustainable financing structures
• Cultivate relationships with financial institutions, optimizing capital strategies
• Drive M&A transactions and lead seamless post-merger integrations
• Define and communicate the company's equity story while shaping exit strategies to maximize shareholder value
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and key investors

Your Profile

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience as a CFO or Finance Director in small- to mid-cap companies, with a proven track record of delivering commercial success and driving change
• Deep understanding of the healthcare sector
• Additional experience in private equity portfolio companies is a strong advantage
• Successful track record of M&A transactions and post-merger integrations, ideally within a buy-and-build context
• Exit experience is a plus
• Comprehensive finance skill set, including expertise in controlling, accounting, and familiarity with reporting standards
• Exceptional analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Highly strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven attitude
• Modern, inclusive, and empathetic leadership style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in German, English and French
