Lyceum is seeking a senior engineering leader in Zürich to guide the day-to-day execution of our technical team while remaining deeply hands-on in building the product. You will partner with the CTO to translate product vision into a technical roadmap, decide what gets built, and ensure timely shipping.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in high-impact tech environments (startups, big tech or research labs).
• Background in GPU infrastructure, HPC, or compute orchestration.
• Deep proficiency in Go and Python.
• Excellent communicator aligning engineering with business priorities.
• Track record of shipping complex products in fast-moving environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical architecture decisions.
