Qualifikationen

Responsibilities
  • To manage the Engineering operations and provide the strategy and direction required to ensure that maintenance, asset management and health and safety adhere to company and legal requirements.
  • Take an active role in ensuring the safety of all guests and team members throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain and implement measures to ensure that systems for controlling all Engineering tasks are in place.
  • Review regularly the service provided by the Engineering department with the General Manager and Hotel management teams and implement relevant changes so that lessons are learnt.
  • Ensure the hotel maintains the highest brand standard compliance and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a managerial level role, preferably with 3-5 years as an Assistant Chief Engineer in a larger property or Chief Engineer of a similar size property.
  • Hotel opening experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing health & safety and preventative maintenance programmes.
