Job summary

SICPA is seeking an in-house Patent Attorney in Switzerland to identify and protect chemistry innovations. You will liaise with R&I, Commercial and Legal teams, translating complex tech into clear IP strategies and patent filings. The role emphasizes proactive invention harvesting, drafting, and global patent prosecution to support business goals.

Fluency in English required; French is a plus. EPA qualification and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD (preferred) or master's degree in chemistry.
• Qualified European Patent Attorney or equivalent experience.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills are required.
