Verisure is seeking a talented, dynamic and commercially minded Group Patent Counsel to be part of our fast-growing Legal team in Geneva. The role reports to the Group IP Director and supports technology teams and business leaders in protecting and leveraging our IP assets.

The ideal candidate is a patent attorney with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a fast-paced multinational, fluent in English, and ready to drive invention disclosures, patent filings and IP strategy across hardware,

Competenze

• Qualified patent attorney with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in hardware, software, and connectivity tech.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder guidance.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage Verisure's global patent portfolios.
• Provide IP strategy guidance to Technology teams and leadership.
• File, prosecute patents and designs with outside counsel.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate assessments.
• Lead IP governance and invention disclosure processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and business units.
