Qualifikationen

• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipe dans le secteur automobile.
• Connaissance de l'environnement économique local souhaitée.
• Bilingue français avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'allemand.

About

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager at our Monthey branch.

Your Missions

1. Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives for new and used cars.
2. Support, motivate, and develop the sales team.
3. Lead the sales team through coaching and regular follow-up.
4. Set an example for your team and share your skills.
5. Monitor sales operations and plan measures to meet set objectives.
6. Sell new vehicles.
7. Meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
8. Ensure overall quality policies and continuous improvements.
9. Develop sales through events and marketing actions in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
10. Train and support new sales advisors.
11. Evaluate team members.

Your Profile

1. Over 3 years of experience managing staff in automotive sales.
2. CFC in a technical or commercial training, supplemented by higher education.
3. Strong leadership, analysis, and decision-making skills.
4. High commercial sense and comfort in prospecting.
5. Good relational skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
6. Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric, residing in Vaud or Valais.
7. Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English or German.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and new technologies.
9. Enjoy teamwork while being autonomous.
