Job summary

Alterszentrum St. Bernhard in Wettingen seeks a Chef/Cook EFZ to prepare meals for residents, guests and staff, and to participate in meal distribution and ordering processes. The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, hygiene and teamwork in a multi-generational kitchen.

Qualifications

• You have completed a professional cooking qualification (EFZ).

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals for our residents, external guests and employees.

• Supporting ordering processes.
• Mise en place for cold and hot kitchen.
• Participating in events.
• Adhering to occupational safety, hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines and food legislation.
