The role requires Italian and English fluency, a professional hotel background, and a collaborative approach within a young, dynamic team at a premier Alpine venue.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in a comparable hotel.
• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Resilience, tidiness and high quality awareness.
• Structured and organised working style.
• Team oriented with a passion for hosting guests.
• Willing to take responsibility and mentor others.
• Very good Italian and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Advise guests on à la carte dishes and drinks.
• Sell and recommend wines and dishes.
• Prepare dishes in front of guests and serve professionally.
• Welcome and take care of guests.
• Daily mise en place and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and standards.
• Adhere to hotel internal standards.
• Handle cashier duties (Micros system).
