Qualifikationen

• Proven experience characterizing silicon devices over PVT.
• Experience with lab equipment: high-speed oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with Python or other OO languages for test automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end characterization of high-speed SerDes at >20 Gbaud.
• Perform jitter, eye-diagram, BER, and margin measurements across PVT.
• Characterize transmitter and receiver electrical parameters.
• Perform S-parameter, TDR and insertion loss measurements.
• Collaborate with IP architects and design teams.
• Document test results and procedures.
• Write and architect Python-based test scripts for automation.
