The Global Safety, Security, Health & Environment (Group SHE) team plays a crucial role in safeguarding our people, assets, and the environment across all our global operations. We are dedicated to fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, security, health, and environmental sustainability, ensuring alignment with best practices and future trends. As a Chapter Lead - People within Group Safety, Security, Health & Environment, you will take on a senior leadership role with four distinct areas of focus: People Leadership, Leading & Operating in a Matrix organization, Leadership as a member of the Group SHE Enabling Team, and Technical Leadership in Safety, Security, and Health. You will report directly to the Group Chief SHE Officer.
Manage team resources, including budget and workload, and provide clarity, explaining the "why" to support team members in navigating ambiguity. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement practical SHE solutions that integrate into existing business processes and contribute to overall success. Lead and participate in incident investigations related to technical safety, health, and security, ensuring thorough analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
