Job summary

SGI is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Lead to drive major programmes in banking. The role requires fluency in German and English, and a proven track record delivering large-scale transformations across business and technology domains.

The position focuses on leading change initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring business readiness and adoption across platforms and operating models. 12 months+ contract, based in Zürich, with strong governance and reporting expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes in Banking/Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness and adoption activities.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and business leadership teams.
• Exposure to platform migrations, operating model changes, or major banking transformations.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology environments.
• Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Consulting, transformation, change management, business analysis, or programme delivery background preferred.
• Fluent German and English.

Required Background

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Service
• Strong experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness, and adoption activities
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and business leadership teams
• Exposure to platform migrations, integration programmes, operating model changes, or major banking transformations
• Strong understanding of both business and technology environments
• Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
• Ability to translate complex change into clear communications and actionable business outcomes
• Consulting, transformation, change management, business analysis, or programme delivery background preferred
• Fluent German and English
