• Certify signatures and manage e-banking access.
• Archive and file documents and ensure electronic up-to-date files.

For one of our clients, a financial institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

CENTRAL FILE OFFICER

• Coding the client data in the IT systems: entry and configuration the account openings,
• Perform due diligence on customers, using methods such as data analysis and document verification
• Prepare and manage reports on customer records (datas, KYC) current accounts, portfolios, pricing, management mandates
• Managing the closures
• Managing the account blocked
• Certificating the signatures
• Managing the e-banking access
• Archiving and Filing documents
• Scanning the account opening files, transfers, correspondence and EAM contracts
• Ensuring that files are kept up to date electronically

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role within a Swiss bank
• Versatile and comfortable with computer systems
• Good knowledge of banking documentation
• Good knowledge of the Swiss and international regulatory framework
• Good analytical skills, curiosity to learn
• Rigor, precision and flexibility
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office based applications as well as banking systems
• Fluent in French and in English, other languages an asset
