Career Advisor

As a Career Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding the success of our Bachelor students. You will be the main point of contact, offering personalized career advice, dynamic training workshops, and strategic support for managing their academic and professional journey.

What will you do?

1. Provide career coaching to help students with job market preparation, including CV writing, interview skills, and career strategies.
2. Organize and lead workshops, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
3. Guide students in career planning, academic choices, and further studies.
4. Assist in coordinating key student programs and events, ensuring smooth execution.

Who you are?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in career guidance, professional advice and support, or career management.
• You have career coaching training or equivalent recognized training.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in career counseling or student development.
• You have proven skills in providing career advice and leading training sessions.
• You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with a diverse student population.
• You have deep knowledge of the professional world, with extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of the job market.
• You have expertise in designing workshops and evaluating their impact.
• You are a collaborative team player.
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
