Job summary

Studer Cables AG seeks a Head of Process Engineering to lead the manufacturing processes, ensure stability and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You will analyze disruptions and collaborate with Production and Engineering to implement sustainable solutions.

You will also drive the MES deployment, leverage production data for insights, and support staff with training and development, aligning with CIP and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in process engineering, production engineering, or a comparable industrial setting.
• Experience with MES systems and modern data analysis methods is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure stable, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Analyze process disruptions and drive sustainable improvements with Production and Engineering teams.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing and developing the MES system and utilizing data for optimization.
