Looking to join a leading biopharmaceutical company? Our client is seeking an experienced, driven and skilled individual!

Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual for C&Q Utilities for a short-term contract in Neuchatel, Switzerland. This role will ensure that equipment and systems are properly validated and maintained according to industry standards and internal guidelines. You will also support project engineering tasks and coordinate with external vendors.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead validation and qualification tasks for specific areas.
  • Develop validation plans based on risk assessments.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems meet compliance standards.
  • Write and review validation documents.
  • Manage testing activities and coordinate with vendors.
  • Maintain the validated state of equipment and systems.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align validation strategies.
  • Identify and solve problems proactively.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with international regulations and best practices.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical facilities and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
