Job summary

Lightly AG is a Zurich-based startup founded as an ETH and HSG spin-off, focusing on machine learning and computer vision. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, working directly with founders on business development and growth strategies.

You will conduct market research, identify sales opportunities, support presentations, and help align product offerings with customer needs within a compact, highly impactful team in central Zurich.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, technology, and innovation.
• Advanced MS Office or, preferably, G-Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape across key markets.
• Identify and qualify new potential sales opportunities and leads through diverse channels to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
• Support product management by capturing and analyzing customer feedback in our CRM to align product offering with customer needs.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and operations teams to support business initiatives and accelerate company growth.
