Zusammenfassung

BTRY is a Swiss startup revolutionizing energy storage with cutting‑edge thin‑film solid‑state battery technology. We are expanding and seeking a highly motivated Business Intern to join our commercial team in Dübendorf, on‑site with some remote flexibility.

You’ll work with the Head of Business Operations to shape market fit, conduct market research, support fairs across Europe, Asia and North America, and design materials for customers, distributors and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with excellent results.
• Strong writing and communication in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Experience in fast-paced startup/consulting/VC environments is advantageous.

• Shape customer and product market fit strategy with target segments.
• Lead market research on use cases, competitive positioning and regulatory requirements.
• Support BTRY's presence at fairs and conferences in Europe, Asia and North America, from strategy to execution.
• Design and prepare materials that shape how BTRY is presented to customers, distributors and partners.
• Build and improve CRM and investor reporting processes.

Responsibilities

As part of BTRY’s commercial team you will work closely with the Head of Business Operations to support our growth.

• Shape BTRY's customer and product market fit strategy, working directly with target segments
• Lead market research on use cases, competitive positioning and regulatory requirements
• Support BTRY's presence at fairs and conferences in Europe, Asia and North America, from strategy to execution
• Design and prepare materials that shape how BTRY is presented to customers, distributors and strategic partners
• Build and improve BTRY's CRM and investor reporting processes

Your Profile

• High-level of motivation and drive to work in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Strong interest in the nexus of deep‑tech and business
• Bachelor or Master’s degree with excellent results
• Strong writing and communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in German is an advantage
• Previous work experience in a high‑pace environment (consulting, start‑up, VC etc.) is advantageous
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with taking ownership from day 1

Formalities

• Title: Business Intern
• Job type: Full‑time internship (CHF 2000 per month)
• Workload: 100% for 6-12 months
• Start date: hiring on a rolling basis
• Location: Dübendorf, Switzerland (on‑site with some remote flexibility)
