A fast-growing company in the financial services sector is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding commercial team. Specializing in cutting-edge solutions related to debt recovery, invoicing, and credit risk assessment, this company is on a mission to modernize and simplify financial processes for businesses across Switzerland.

Your Role :

As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to actively grow the client base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive the business forward. You will be responsible for :

  1. Leading B2B client acquisition across your assigned region
  2. Representing the brand at professional events and networking opportunities
  3. Contributing to the commercial strategy and optimizing sales processes
  4. Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships
  5. Acting as a key player in shaping the company's market presence

Territory & Travel :

This position is based in Lausanne, with regular travel expected across both French- and German-speaking regions of Switzerland.

Who You Are :

  1. You have a solid foundation in financial services
  2. You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role
  3. Experience in debt recovery or invoicing software is a strong plus
  4. You are either a native French or German speaker with excellent command of the other language
  5. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  6. You are tech-savvy, client-focused, and love turning leads into loyal customers
  7. You’re a natural connector – sociable, persuasive, and proactive
  8. You thrive on hitting targets, but you’re also a collaborative team player
