Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a trading process specialist (m, f, d) as Business Analyst Trading Processes IB.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analyses of the bank's trading processes, compliance (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II) and operational risks.
2. Based on the control deficits in the trading systems identified by internal or external audit, develop solutions to optimize trading processes.
3. Support the Trading department in establishing and maintaining a robust control framework and setting up second line of defense controls.
4. In close cooperation with IT, Trading and Legal & Compliance Department and external specialists, implement trading related policies, to ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
5. Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks related to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ad hoc project work based on events to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities in the trading systems.
7. Point of contact for the business on compliance issues.

Qualifications:

1. Masters' or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
2. Experience in the middle office or trading of a bank or as external or internal auditor.
3. Experience in banking matters, financial markets and financial products.
4. Understanding of financial market infrastructure activities.
5. Familiarity with operational risk in trading and knowledge of the relevant regulations.
6. Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly between business and IT.
7. Flair for IT processes and systems.
8. Dedication and motivation.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Skilled in German as well as English.
