HOLY FASHION GROUP seeks a Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator in Kreuzlingen to optimize sales workflows and coordinate across Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement. You will design and implement improved processes and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel and numerical skills, German and English proficiency, and a degree in business or related field. This is a full-time position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field.
• Initial experience in business analysis, sales, operations, or related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to derive concrete recommendations from patterns.
• Excellent Excel skills; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented approach with high quality.
• Strong German and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the sales processes of the HOLY FASHION GROUP.
• Analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop efficient solutions.
• Coordinate between Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Design, test, and document new processes; enhance existing ones.
• Prepare analyses and reports to inform management decisions.
