Job summary

HOLY FASHION GROUP seeks a Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. You will design and optimize sales processes, analyze workflows, and provide insightful analyses to guide management decisions.

You will serve as the central contact between Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement, gathering requirements and driving implementation of new processes. With a strong business background, you will translate data into concrete actions, deliver reports,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, or a very strong business-related apprenticeship.
Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities are required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Act as the central liaison between Customer Service, Sales and other departments such as Finance, Logistics and Procurement.
Gather process requirements, evaluate and oversee their implementation.
Design, test and document new processes and continuously optimize existing ones.
Prepare analyses and reports to support informed management decisions.
