Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager (80–100%) in Buchs AG, Switzerland. The role focuses on translating business needs into IT solutions and guiding digitalisation projects from concept to delivery.

You will bridge business units, IT teams, developers, and external partners while supporting process optimisation and digital transformation. Excellent German is required; English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Management, or IT Project Management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows, and system architectures.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and communicate with developers and IT specialists.
• Experience with classic, agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands-on experience supporting, integrating, configuring, or implementing digital solutions (preferred).
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working approach.
• Excellent German required; English is an advantage.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities
