Job summary

SwissPeak Partners GmbH, a renowned Swiss bank in Zurich, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to analyse processes, data flows and systems in customer and contract management or in real estate management.

You will create as-is analyses, derive the target picture and to-be processes, define data ownership, and assess optimisation potential in data storage and the system landscape.

Moderate workshops and present results at management level. German at C2 level; project language is German.

Qualifications

• German at C2 level, project language is German
• Several years as a business analyst or data analyst in banking or comparable industries
• Process and data analysis with BPMN, UML and visualisation tools
• Understanding of IT architecture, system landscapes, interfaces and data flows
• Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence

Your profile

1. German at C2 level, the project language is German. Understanding of Swiss German is expected

2. Several years as a business analyst or data analyst in banking or comparable industries

3. Process and data analysis with BPMN, UML and visualisation tools

4. Understanding of IT architecture, system landscapes, interfaces and data flows

5. Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence

Nice to have

1. Customer and contract management, Siebel CRM

2. Practical experience with AI tools in business analysis

3. Power BI or Tableau, basic knowledge of CAFM and ERP
