Zusammenfassung

myitjob GmbH is seeking a business analyst to analyse and document processes, align requirements with stakeholders, and manage the backlog with the Product Owner. You will ensure cross-team consistency, evaluate legacy systems, and propose solution options within an agile SAFe environment.

The role requires strong German communication, a methodical mindset, and experience with BPMN 2.0. Hermes studies and CBAP are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Methodical, structured work style with thorough analyses.
• Experience preparing Hermes studies and documentation.
• Process analysis and BPMN 2.0 modelling.
• Strong initiative and communication across levels; agile (Scrum/SAFe).
• German language skills; CBAP or similar are advantageous.
