Job summary

TotalEnergies recherche une Business Analyst Finance pour interfacer les utilisateurs et les équipes de développement, assurer l’adéquation des logiciels avec les exigences et apporter un support métier. Vous définirez et prioriserez le backlog, suivrez les livraisons et piloterez les tests et les risques dans un cadre international et agile.

Diplômé d’un Master en IS/Finance et fort d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience, vous maîtrisez les processus financiers, les contrôles et la trésorerie; une

Qualifications

• Master’s degree en IS, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science ou domaine lié.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en Business Analyst/PO/PM ou Dév dans un cadre complexe.
• Forte connaissance des processus Finance, des principes comptables, des contrôles internes et de la trésorerie.
• Expérience en négoce de matières premières, services financiers ou marchés énergétiques est un atout.
• Expérience Agile et gestion de backlog produit.
• Bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d’équipe; anglais et français maîtrisés.

Responsibilities

• Rassembler, analyser et challenger les exigences métier des parties prenantes Finance et Shared Services.
• Définir, maintenir et prioriser le backlog applicatif selon les priorités métiers.
• Établir les roadmaps de release et contribuer à la vision stratégique des développements futurs.
• Assurer la cohérence entre exigences et paysage applicatif global.
• Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des processus et des systèmes.
• Traduire les besoins métier en spécifications claires pour les équipes de développement.
• Faciliter la communication entre business et parties prenantes techniques.
• Contribuer au pilotage de projets Finance et à la gestion du changement.
• Effectuer les tests fonctionnels, d’intégration et d’acceptation utilisateur; assurer la non-régression.
• Fournir un support fonctionnel et former les utilisateurs; documenter les usages.

Contexte et environnement

In a constantly evolving business environment, Information Systems and Digital are the factory of Trading & Shipping. They are at the heart and inseparable from business processes.

In a context of rapid changes in the business scope, particularly in the field of renewable energies, strong competition, the business demands on Information Systems and Digital are extremely high. These last are one of the cornerstones of the overall performance of Tradings . Without reliable Information Systems, scalable and efficient and a Digital laboratory providing ever more innovative tools, there is no trading.

We are looking to enhance our IDS Shared Servicesteam to support the growth of our trading activities (T&S and TGP ), and therefore expand new Business applications.

The IDS Shared Servicesteam is part of the Information and Digital Systems (IDS) department, which is a mutualized function for trading activities.

Reporting to the Team Leader Shared services, you will be participating in the international deployment and maintenance across three geographic sites and oversee the coordination of a team of development service providers for three branches with multiple locations.

You will evolve in a fast-paced and international environment, and you will have the chance to work with passionate people about what they do and who are never short in ideas.

Activités

The business analyst is at the interface between the users and the software development teams. He ensures the quality and the full adequacy of the software with the business requirements and proprieties, and provides support to the business.

As our Business Analyst Finance, you will be given the following responsibilities:

Business Vision & Product Ownership

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements from Finance and Shared Services stakeholders
• Define,maintainand prioritize the application backlog according to business priorities
• Define release roadmaps and contribute to the strategic vision of future developments
• Ensure consistency between business requirements and the overall application landscape
• Identifyopportunities for process optimization and system improvements

Requirements Management

• Collect,documentand prioritize functional requirements and user stories
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed specifications for development teams
• Support development teams by answering functional questions and providing business context
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
• Participate in defining the mostappropriate functionaland technical solutions

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute functional, integration,regressionand user acceptance tests
• Validate new releases and ensure compliance with business requirements
• Collect user feedback and coordinate corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure non-regression of existing functionalities

Project Management

• Coordinate and lead projects related to Finance applications and processes
• Define project roadmaps,prioritiesand delivery milestones
• Monitor project progress against quality,scopeand timeline objectives
• Assess risks and proposeappropriate mitigationplans and alternative solutions
• Contribute to change management activities and adoption of new functionalities

User Support & Training

• Provide functional support to users and investigate application issues
• Ensure effective communicationregardingsystem evolutions and releases
• Define and deliver user training sessions whenrequired
• Produce andmaintainuser documentation

Reporting

• Communicate project status, key achievements, risks and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on the implementation ofnew solutionsand enhancements

Ensure the consistency of the business requirements with the overall ETRM system.

Profil du candidat

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or Software Developer in a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes, accounting principles, internal controls, treasury.
• Previous experience in commodity trading, financial services or energy markets would be considered a strong asset.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• You have strong communications skills and teamwork spirit.
• Comfortable challenging requirements and driving discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• You are autonomous, proactive and customer-service oriented.
• You have strong communications skills in English and French
