Job summary

Fintech Farm is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our product team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will bridge business needs with data-driven technical solutions, leveraging SQL, Excel and BI tools.

In this role you will document requirements, support agile ceremonies, collaborate with product, engineering and QA, and help optimize workflows using AI-powered tools.

Advanced English and a banking/fintech background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech (3+ years)
• Strong command of SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience running Agile processes and ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience drafting both business and technical requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in modern data analysis methods and tools and AI solutions
• Advanced English level is a must-have

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business goals into structured documentation: business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and product insights
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery of features and alignment with business objectives
• Maintain and update documentation in JIRA/Confluence, ensuring traceability of all requirements
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, automate routine analysis, and support rapid iteration cycles
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define user journeys, workflows, and pain points
• Analyze system behavior, data flows, and process interdependencies for end-to-end solution design
• Active user of AI solutions for enhancing productivity, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders togather, document, and validate business requirements
