This is a fixed-term (until January 2026, with a possibility of extension), full time job opportunity. The employment agreement will be provided by a third-party vendor, but you will be exclusively working for RBI.

This role requires to be on-site in the office Monday thru Friday.

Job overview :

The Burger King Marketing Communications Specialist, is the process owner for RBI International’s Market Asset Approval Platform (MAAP) and Reputational Asset Check (RAC). You will lead day-to-day governance of Asset approval, social-media and reputation-sensitive assets across RBI's EMEA markets, partnering with our external audit agency and internal stakeholders through You will also, sit within the Brand Communications team, supporting development and rollout of brand & product campaigns , toolkits and playbooks that power growth for Burger King across the region.

Own the MAAP / RAC end-to-end process & agency partnership

  • Guarantee 100 % of local-market assets are submitted via and reviewed within 24-hour SLAs.
  • Allocate reviewers, troubleshoot escalations, and issue daily status updates to the International LT.
  • Manage the external audit agency : define KPIs, supervise workflow quality, and lead continuous-improvement loops.

Co-create & localize Brand & Product campaigns

  • Work with the Sr Manager / Director to translate global insights into 360° briefs (TV, digital, OOH, PR, in-restaurant, etc.).
  • Coordinate creative reviews, ensure assets ladder up to brand strategy, and secure approvals on time.
  • Liaise with Creative agencies, media, digital, PR and internal teams (ie. Legal, QA, etc.) so launches go live flawlessly across markets and touch-points.
  • Craft playbooks, guidelines and modular creative templates that empower local teams while protecting brand equity.
  • Maintain an always-up-to-date repository of logos, claims, legal lines and social specs, tracking usage and expiry dates.
  • Host virtual trainings / webinars to share new assets and capture market feedback for future iterations.
  • Pull campaign KPIs from multiple sources, internal sales, social, etc.
  • Translate data into clear stories : what worked, what didn’t, and recommended optimizations, for senior reviews.
  • Monitor competitor activity and social trends to feed into creative brainstorming and risk-mitigation plans.

Project-manage the day-to-day marketing engine

  • Run status meetings, update timelines, manage budget trackers and purchase orders.
  • Prepare presentation decks, draft internal comms, and coordinate legal / Reg & Corp-Comms approvals.
  • Act as a responsive point-of-contact for franchisees, agencies and cross-functional partners, ensuring questions are resolved quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree , preferable in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 2+ years experience, preferable in marketing, consumer insights, PR, social-media governance or similar, ideally within QSR, FMCG or multi-market environments.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder processes with strict SLAs.
  • Working knowledge of PR / social-media risk management and reputational monitoring.
  • Natural curiosity for social-media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Proficient using MS tools : PowerPoint and Advanced Excel , comfortable with Power BI dashboards and basic SQL queries.
  • Strong project-management skills; familiarity with (or equivalent) a plus.
  • Creative eye, visual sensitivity, and analytical mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator able to influence senior leadership and agency partners.
  • Ownership-driven, hands-on problem solver : Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset that tackles everything from strategic campaign planning to final execution.
  • Agile, solutions-oriented team player : Outstanding interpersonal skills, highly organized and adaptable, thriving under tight deadlines and fast-paced, multi-project environments.
