Zusammenfassung

Ultima Hotel Gstaad recherche un responsable de restaurant pour prendre les réservations et accueillir les clients lors des services, tout en conseillant et prenant les commandes selon les demandes. Vous contribuerez au développement d’un concept de restaurant tendance et assurerez une communication fluide entre le service et la cuisine.

Le candidat idéal maîtrise le service en salle, affiche un fort esprit d’équipe et de l’expérience dans un établissement 5 étoiles ou dans le yachting.

Qualifikationen

• Formation/diplôme en hospitalité/restauration exigé ou équivalent.
• Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire sur une propriété 5 étoiles ou dans le yachting.
• Maîtrise du service en salle et des protocoles de qualité.

Aufgaben

• Prendre les réservations et accueillir les clients au petit-déjeuner et pendant les services.
• Conseiller les clients et prendre les commandes en tenant compte de leurs demandes.
• Contribuer au développement et à la livraison d’un concept de restaurant tendance.

Mission

• Take reservations and welcome guests during breakfast and meal services.
• Advise guests and take orders, taking into account their specific requests and preferences.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of a trendy restaurant concept.
• Ensure effective communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, as well as with all hotel departments.
• Monitor the working environment and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Supervise the teams and provide training in accordance with service standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Monitor the quality of service and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Profile

• Higher education or professional training in hospitality/restauration (CFC, CAP-BEP, BAC PRO) or a hotel management school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or the yachting industry.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of service protocols and standards.
• Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, rigorous and proactive.
• Natural sense of hospitality and service for a high-end clientele.
• Strong commercial and upselling skills.
• Strong leadership and empowerment skills to effectively lead and develop teams.
