Zusammenfassung

Vans is seeking an exceptional Head of Brand Retail to lead retail strategy and execution from our Stabio, Switzerland location. You will drive revenue, profitability and in-store storytelling across EMEA, translating brand vision into consumer‑led retail experiences.

You will own the end-to-end retail plan, coordinate with Planning, Merchandising and Brand teams, and lead store concepts, tiering, and seasonal Go-To-Market initiatives. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Senior retail leadership experience in global organizations.
• Background in global consumer, lifestyle, or fashion brands with complex retail environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
